A part of my job which I love is designing birth announcements, wedding announcements, and so forth!
As a hobby I digitally scrapbook, so being able to bring this into my work makes things even more fun.
This is a wedding announcement I created just recently. The photography is NOT mine, but the design with the insight of the bride, is. :-) The invite is simple but fun. She and I discussed what she had in mind, including incorporating an embellishment, their wedding colors and lay out she'd envisioned. Then I brought it to life.
With each of my engagement session the bride and groom receive a free wedding invitation design chosen from my personal designs when they print the announcements through me or for a small fee they can purchase a custom design as well as a printing release to print the invitation on their own.
However, for those who live in other locations and are unable to book their engagement photos with me, (such was the case with this bride and groom), I will also do custom designs.
