Boise Idaho Photographer: Spring... something to smile about

I love spring. Just ask anyone following me on Instagram. :-) I post photo after photo of the flowers in my yard. My friend even gave me a Birthday Card with a beautiful red paper flower on the front knowing that it would make my day. Until today all the photos I've taken were with my cell phone. For a photographer like me, it's been like allowing myself small amounts of oxygen. Today I chose to take a deep breath...

It's hard to not smile when you're looking at something so beautiful. I'm no longer afraid to admit it... my mother (an expert gardener) had officially rubbed off on me. [love you mom!]

As a child I hated gardening but loved flowers. Now I wish I'd learned a little more from my mom.

I hope that by sharing this you all feel a little warmer inside. :-) These are some of my favorite creations of this beautiful Earth.
